The staff were super friendly, the hotel was spotlessly clean, our room was jaw-droppingly beautiful with authentic decor, and it was just a minute's walk from the covered bridge! The restaurant served delicious Bulgarian food at a cheaper price than other places.

The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the iconic covered bridge. The hotel's beautiful yard with vibrant flowers and a charming pond provided a great space for the kids to play. The traditional Bulgarian-style restaurant was a delightful experience, and our room was spacious and tastefully decorated with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. We especially loved the balcony, offering beautiful views of the surroundings. Despite our short stay, we had an amazing time and definitely recommend this hotel for families.

We had a fantastic stay at Oazis Family in Lovech! The staff were incredibly friendly and even offered to watch our cat. The hotel is conveniently located on the edge of the old quarter, close to all the historic sites. The room was spacious, clean, and had the added bonus of being able to regulate the temperature ourselves, which is not common in Bulgarian hotels. The nearby shop offered delicious home cooked meals due to the temporary closure of the hotel restaurant. a relaxing and enjoyable experience!

The location is fantastic - it's situated just down the street from some major sights, close to the center, and really close to everything you might need. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, with new furniture but in typical old style. The staff is extremely polite and welcoming, always ready to help you with whatever you need. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, with a really lovely selection of traditional food available. And if you're lucky, you might get a room with a balcony and a view over the river.

The hotel we stayed at was a charming little place that made us feel at home right away. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice balcony with a great view! The location was perfect, only a short walk from the famous covered bridge and in the heart of the old town.
